This is for a lace top with Slavic Hair texture which is super fine. These will be colored with Golwell Elumen, which a super long lasting color. There is shampoo, conditioner and other products that are specifically designed for Elumen. I will add specific care information about Elumen in FAQ's.

* All custom wig orders are a final sale. These have been ordered and customized for you.
* Payment is expected upfront for the wig/topper. Color costs can be added on once I receive your hair from the vendor.
* Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for your custom order to ship to you and up to 12 weeks for an XS or Large. I will contact you if the vendor is taking longer than normal to ship. Please note that this is a possibility and out of my control. This will not make the hair eligible for a refund.
* As with any custom color, I will try to capture the true color of the hair and get it as close as possible to your inspiration picture. Please note that many inspiration pictures do have a filter on them. I can not create “filtered“ hair, but will try to get the unfiltered version.
* I try as hard possible to avoid staining on the lace or silk top, but, as I am human mistakes can happen. There will always be staining on the wefted part of the inside of the wig.
