5. How often should I use purple shampoo?
If you are only washing your hair once a month you can use it every time to brighten your blonde! I highly recommend saturating the hair with regular shampoo and then adding the purple shampoo over it! This ensures that your hair won’t develop a purple tint or turn purple. If your hair is brunette and is developing a brassy tone you can use blue shampoo to help tone down the orange tone.

Shipping
* Shipping insurance is encouraged on all packages. Insurance is optional. The Wigged Out Artis is not responsible for any packages once they have been scanned into the system by the carrier. This includes shipping delays, lost packages, misdelivered packages, damaged packages or anything else that could happen once it is with the carrier.
* The Wigged Out Artist is not be responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered or damaged that are being sent for services.
* Being a Green Circle Independent Stylist, I will save the original shipping packaging/box that you send your hair in. Your hair will be sent back in the packaging that it was sent in. 🌏🌳🌲🍃🌱
Order Policy
1. It is your responsibility to make sure the following details are correct:
● Color and design
● Delivery address
2. Please send clear inspiration pictures to Chandra@wiggedoutartist.com. I may need to schedule a brief consultation to go over your exact vision. That can be done over FaceTime or on the phone.
3. You should note that not all hair is suitable for color. I will therefore do a strand test when i receive your wig, and will contact you about my thoughts and opinions. If it is determined that color should not be done, you will receive a full refund, minus shipping.
4. If you want traditional highlights or a balayage, a strand test will be performed to see how the hair can safely be lightened to. This will also determine if the hair is factory colored, which cannot be lightened. I will reach out to you to let you know the results and we can discuss options and hopefully move forward with your dream hair! If the hair does not lighten to a level needed for your inspiration, we can discuss an alternative or you will receive a full refund, minus shipping fees.
5. When coloring, I will make every effort to get your hair as close as possible to your dream hair! I cannot promise exact similarity, but I will make sure they are closely related. Note that many photos are filtered and can’t be duplicated.
6. Hair color will naturally fade over time due to many factors. See the hair care section to get suggestions to keep your color gorgeous and vibrant as long as possible!
7. Please note that sometimes, more than one process will need to be performed to achieve your desired goals, if it is more extensive than anticipated. I will therefore contact you to discuss this and extra costs involved due to time and extra products and tools uses, i.e. foils, balayage film, Olaplex, etc.
8. I promise to use top quality products on your hair and will add products in to help to keep the color from fading prematurely.
9. I will not be held responsible for wrong color if you change your mind once the process has began and delivery address mistakes.
10. I may reject orders that do not comply with this order policy. We will notify you in the event your order is rejected.

12.If an order needs to be cancelled due to personal reasons once payment is made, it will be subject to a 3.5% fee to cover PayPal fees.
13.Customizations are non-refundable.
14. For wigs ordered as is on the website, refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus the return shipping. Returns must be initiated within 2 business days. Please allow 3-7 business days for your refund upon receipt. Due to hygiene and wig care out of my control, there are absolutely no refunds or returns after the initial 2 day return window.
15. Any purchase made using AfterPay or any other payment plan is a final sale. This means that the product is non-refundable.
Custom Wig Orders

* All custom wig orders are a final sale. These have been ordered just for you.
* Payment is expected upfront for the wig/topper. Color costs can be added on once I receive your hair from the vendor.
* Please allow up to ***12 weeks*** for your custom order to ship to you. I will contact you if the vendor is taking longer than normal to ship. Please note that this is a possibility and out of my control. This will not make the hair eligible for a refund.
* As with any custom color, I will try to capture the true color of the hair and get it as close as possible to your inspiration picture. Please note that many inspiration pictures do have a filter on them. I can not create “filtered“ hair, but will try to get the unfiltered version.
* I try as hard possible to avoid staining on the lace or silk top, but, as I am human mistakes can happen. There will always be staining on the wefted part of the inside of the wig.
Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 3 business days of receiving. All returns for wigs bought from the Wigged Out Artist are subject to a 10% restocking fee or no restocking fee with an exchange. A return shipping label will be emailed and deducted from the total refund or you can use your own method of return. Insurance is highly suggested due to The Wigged Out Artist is not liable for any return that is lost in the shipping process. If the return package is lost and there is not insurance a refund can not be given. The hair must be returned in its original condition, if the hair has had any modifications, including added products or the lace has been cut, the wig will be returned to the buyer and will not be eligible for a return.
This only applies to ready to ship items. Custom products are not eligible for a refund.
Any product purchased with AfterPay, Klarna or Affirm is not eligible for a return, therefore making it a final sale.
