Shipping Policy

1.      SHIPMENTS

 1.1. Duties and Taxes. Any duties, taxes and brokerage fee due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

 1.2. Courier/Carrier. All packages shall be sent through UPS, unless another carrier is requested. In the event you request a different courier, we strongly recommend that you choose a carrier that you are familiar with to bring your order(s) to your doorstep.

 1.3.Shipping location. To determine your shipping location, we use the address you provided to us. you will be notified if we are unable to ship you your order to the address you have provided to us.

 1.4. Transit Time. Our transit time is based on the courier posted delivery date and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are courier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of control. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed later than expected. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 1.5. Handling of the package during transit. The Wigged Out Artist is not responsible for any packages once they have been scanned into the system by the courier. This includes shipping delays, lost packages, mis-delivered packages, damaged packages or anything else that could happen once it is with the courier.

 1.6. Shipping insurance. While shipping insurance is optional, you are encouraged to secure insurance on all your packages.

 1.7.What happens if you do not get your parcel? If you do not get your parcel within the stipulated time, please get in touch with the Courier or your local post office and you shall receive a notice from the courier explaining where the parcel is delivered. Please take note; as a customer you should be responsible for attending your deliveries, we are not responsible for the loss upon delivery.
